The challenge was to reconfigure the space to accommodate a larger shower and a standalone tub without making the room feel crowded. • Countertops: Calacatta Laza Quartz countertops with a 2-inch mitered edge.
• Plumbing Fixtures: Brizo Litze Collection in Brilliance Luxe Gold finish, including widespread faucets, shower trim, and tub filler.
• Freestanding Tub: Kohler Sunstruck 66″ Oval Freestanding Bath with center toe-tap drain.
• Flooring: Schluter-DITRA-HEAT electric floor warming system installed beneath 12″x24″ porcelain tile in a light marble finish.
• Shower: Frameless glass shower enclosure with gold hardware, featuring a linear drain and a built-in niche. Shower walls tiled with 4″x12″ white subway tile in a herringbone pattern.
• Cabinet Hardware: Amerock “Golden Champagne” cabinet pulls and knobs.
• Lighting: Modern 3-light vanity sconces with milk glass shades and gold accents.

Our Process
