Kent Complete Kitchen Remodel
Project Transformation: Before & After
Complete Kitchen Transformation with New Cabinets, Countertops & Lighting
This Kent kitchen was dated and worn, and the homeowners wanted a fully upgraded space that felt bright, modern, and functional. Their goal was a complete kitchen remodel with new flooring, new cabinets, new countertops, new light fixtures, and a new backsplash, plus rearranged lighting to better suit how they use the room every day.
Our team at Grand Building Construction handled every part of the transformation. We installed the new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash, updated all of the light fixtures, and rearranged the lighting layout for better coverage and a cleaner look. The result is a fully upgraded kitchen that feels fresh, open, and built for daily life. Explore our before and after gallery to see more of our work.

Our Process
- Initial Consultation & Design: We started with a complimentary in-home consultation to understand the homeowners’ vision, needs, and budget. Our design team then created a detailed 3D rendering to help them visualize the final space, making adjustments until the design was perfect.
- Demolition and Preparation: Our crew carefully demolished the existing kitchen, taking it down to the studs to ensure a clean slate for the new layout and updated plumbing and electrical systems.
- Installation: This phase involved the meticulous installation of all new components. Our licensed plumbers and electricians re-routed pipes and wires for the new layout and the rearranged lighting. Our expert tile setters and carpenters then brought the design to life, installing the new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and light fixtures.
- Finishing Touches: With the main elements in place, we focused on the details. This included painting, installing the new light fixtures and hardware, and ensuring every finish was flawless.
- Final Walkthrough: We conducted a final walkthrough with the homeowners to ensure every detail exceeded their expectations, providing them with all warranty information and care instructions for their new, beautiful kitchen.
